I would like to know if there is a way to permanently eliminate individual inappropriate job prospects from those which respond in a given search?

I am looking for a job in or close to my hometown and I set-up a five mile radius for my search. I cannot relocate and I really don't want to rely upon a job 20 miles away in the event fuel prices increase again.

When I use the category "manufacturing" and set a 5 mile radius I get "nationwide" offerings and I also get jobs which are clearly not manufacturing jobs. Is there some way to refine this search so that I'm not wasting my time with Careerbuilder?

I'm not so foolish as to put all my job searches in one basket so I use a variety of sources. I wish I could make this one specific and just get on with it.
